News 1.3 Recent News Block Tabs and 800X600 Resolution

Just a note, if you use the recent news spotlight tabs block on your front page (center, center) and your users have their monitor resolution set to 800x600 then your front page will look all screwed up for them.

To be honest I didn't even know that people still had their monitors set at this resolution but lo and behold one of mine did. lol!
