I have a site based on invision powerboard 1.1.1 here I would like to convert the site in the long term to XOOPS (which I have used successfully on other sites), is there anyway to make a conversion which would allow me to keep my members lists and the posts which make up a considerable knowledgebase.

Or all things being equal would it be easier to strip the datbases and do it manually.
