Is it possible to have navigation in a xoops block?

Hi there,

I was wondering if it is possible/right to provide a XOOPS block with its own navigation, meaning change of state of a block within a page.

This would require the block to refresh the current page and pass in parameters to this page.

For example a latest news block with paging navigation.

Any ideas?
