Can I offer XOOPS as a hosted service?. Specifically, I would charge for a basic installation with a set of modules pre-configured and then charge a small fee for configuring additional modules to meet my client's specific requirements.

The only access clients would have to the site would be through the XOOPS content management system for uploading and editing content.

Can I do this within the terms of the licence?
