Example (pardon the amateurish code!):

Line 1, the anchored line itself, reads
test <a name="example">example</a>

Line 2, pointing to the anchored line, reads
...click here to skip to a test <a name="#example">example</a>

I've got alot of this on my site and am wondering...can somebody point me to the file to edit possibly for lines like 1 to be regular text (not change), while keeping lines like 2 as-is (changing to links).

I've got alot of links like line 1, and I don't want the reader confused about whether to click them. After all, they don't link to anything but look like they do. Lines like 2 do link to an anchored line and naturally I want to keep them.
