Is there a module in existence, or could it be created, which allows members to rate a preference of projects they'd most like to see completed based on a scale of 1-10 and after they vote the listing of these projects changes order based on the current order of user preference. I've seen this done on something outside of XOOPs but I'd like to integrate it into the system if possible.
