Displaying PiCal's Minicalendar and 2-3 upcoming events in the same Xoops bloc?

I would like to put Pical's MiniCalendar block and Upcoming Events block as one block and display it.

My idea is to create a new XOOPS php block calling the two blocks.

echo "<table><tr><td>mini calendar block</td><td>upcoming events block </td></tr></table>";

Here my question, how do I call the tightly enclosed blocks of PiCal into a XOOPS General Block...
