I have the layout fully HTML'ed, but i'd prefer leave it to a pro for XOOPS intergration.

I've been told it would work well with xoops, but thats useless to me since I don't know where to start!

If your UK based and would like to give it a go (I'll show it to you on request before you start) i'd be glad to compensate with a cheque for what ever you want (be reasonable).
