Maybe a stupid Q. but I've looked around but can't find a way to change this info.
I made this site for someone else but my info is on it and that needs to be changed.

Do you mean the contact module/form that comes with XOOPS? I'm pretty sure the fields on that form are filled in with the details of the currently logged in user. Try logging in with another user and see if the details change.
