Hey Everyone!

I run a small music community, with about 10 members. At the moment i have each of these members submitting content via a cmd called nucleus. At the moment i am doing version 2 of my site and think nucleus is a bit weak for what i need, so i have been searching around for alternates, obviously arriving at XOOPS

Basically i want to know if XOOPS can help me run my community. The needs of my community are as follows:

Each artist has the ability to log into their own admin panel, see their own details only and be able to add content.

When adding content i want them to be able to submit their own album cover, add a title of the song or album, add intro text and body text, upload an mp3 and have a link to that mp3 which will be displayed somewhere on the page.

As i said i want them only to be able to add content to their own sections.

So i guess i am just wondering, can this be done? and if so can you please point me in the right direction :) which mods or how do i set it up?
