We're looking at several different 'portal' systems for our new web site, and we have a few things we'd like to see in them. The three 'difficult' ones are these:

* Downloads section that can be restricted by user group - for example, some users can only see certain categories of files.

* 'File sharing' - users can upload small files to share with each other (possibly integrated with previous downloads section).

* Forums linked to email - users can post on the forums, and receive posts from other users, via their email client.

If your software includes any of the above features, please let me know where to find out more about them, so I can consider it more closely.

1st and 2nd is covered by WF-Downloads

3rd is not quite there. Users can subscribe to threads, forums and the entire module and get a notification by email, when a new post is added to that thread, forum or anywhere in the module - but they don't get the entire post text and they cannot reply directly from the email.
