Is it doable? I already have a Wordpress DB, can I install XOOPS and use my old WP DB into Wordpress, this time as a XOOPS module?

There is a Wordepress module in the module repository. Not sure if you can import your DB, but you could check with the module's developer. Do a search on Wordpress, it may answer your wuestions.

you can import a wp-db. you just have to edit the columns a bit. MySQL will let you know - as the module db structure is slightly different, original has a few bits more.
