To remove avatar.

1. Use phpMyAdmin locate the avatar table, locate the avatar and click delete.

To ban user

1. Create new group
2. Do not allow new group access to forum
3. Add user to the new group

Next? Personal messages

An easier way of deleting avatars if you don't know much about phpmyadmin is go to the avatars admin and click 'Custom Avatars'. Find it and click delete, goneskies
