trouble with downloading WF-Channel 1.07

Actually I download it just fine but when I try to unzip it I get a corrupt file error messgae. I'm using PowerArchiver that can handle most types of file compression that I've come across.
Anyone else getting this error message? Any suggestions?

maybe there's occure a problem within your download plz redownload it
