theme.htm problems...

when I change style.css of a theme(7danaclean etc.) changes are reflected when I refresh page[usual].
But when I change theme.htm, even if I DELETE the theme.htm(FUNNY)file, let alone the contents inside it, no changes are there.
It doesnt update any design.

Am I missing something!

Makes sure that you have 'Update module template .html files from themes/your theme/templates directory?' set to yes in
'Preferences Main »» General Settings' and this should refeclt the changes made in real time. Remember to turn this back off when your site goes 'live'.
