Wrapping text over laps...?

Well in some of my menu's blocks text go over and create a new line to wrap. Well when wrapping they sorta over lap a tad. This makes it so like if ur scrolling down, it just makes 1 line show sumtimes.

Anyway to add like 3px's under a line

make the column wider, or use smaller font size, or shorten the menu item text also check padding.
