I use XOOPS 2.0.7 and i want to open "Loading... Please wait" message. I'm in Turkey and i asked this question to Turkish XOOPS sites. They said me it's only possible in 1.x versions, not in 2.x versions. So, how can i open "Loading... Please wait" message in 2.0.7?

Also how can i enable PNG hack for IE in blocks? And also in newBB 2.0, i can't create PDF and i can't use RSS. There is an error in "rss.php" in newBB. How can i do it? Please help me.
