Hi, I´m new at xoops.
I´ve been looking for a forum module that doesn´t publish messages until a moderator approve it.
Anyone knows a module like that?

newbb2 has that. Each forum has a section at the bottom where you can tick to the off position "can post without approval" for registered users or whoever else you want to require pre-approval for.
