Rearrange the Module Icon in XOOPS Admin Screen

i have installed the 'blocks admin' from gijoe (really recommended ) and i want to put the module icon right at the bottom of System Admin module icon (at the Admin screen of XOOPS).

currently i need to scroll the page down and search for the blocks admin everytime i want to manage the blocks. i know the new admin screen of XOOPS will be improved in the future release. however, is there a way for me at the moment to rearrange this module icons sequence?
