I hope that this is correct forum to ask this question.

I am curious as to how the "Latest XOOPS news" block formatted on http://www.xoops.org main page. I am particularly interested in knowing how the following items where created/placed: Xoops, Modules, Themes, and YAXS.

Manually, I'm afraid

The four topics are hard-coded in the block code and positions are hard-coded in the block template.
