I turned on debugging by editing the includes/common.php file. Here is the exact error I get:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function session_set_save_handler() in /usr/local/www/data-dist/include/common.php on line 184

I'm running this on a test server, so to be sure, I went ahead and set my permissions to 777 - so I know its not a permissions issue.

Here is my sysinfo:

FreeBSD-5.3-Security
Apache 1.3.33
PHP 5.0.3
MySQL 4.1.9

The installation goes smooth ... right to the end when it says I can click HERE to view my page. So I clicked the HERE and got the blank page.

I believe I have tried everything on the FAQ section for the Blank Page issue and nothing seems to work ... is this a PHP5 thing or a MySQL thing?
