I did a theme for a customer. On my test site the footer is where it should be, at the bottom. But on my client's site, it's just underneath the header, above the content. Both sites are the same version of Xoops. I viewed the source of my client's site, and it still shows <{$xoops_footer}> at the bottom, just above the
