Where do you add HTML script for it to show up on your front page. In CPanel I can add a counter and it gives me a HTML script, but I don't know what file to add it to. Could someone help me?

Just make a custom block in system admin -> blocks, set the type to HTML and paste the code in there. Then set the block visible where you want it and go to system admin -> groups and edit the groups, you want to have access to this block
