Where to find Recent Comments block

I could not find Recent Comments block. I'm using XOOPS 2.0.7.1 and I don't have this block. It comes with XOOPS core or with some modules? Can I download and install it? Where from?

look in your site admin>>blocks. You need to make it visible, set its position and allow groups to view it.

I don't know why in my XOOPS installation there is no recent comments block. Where can I find it (source) and how could I then install it?

See if it shows up in admin >> groups. If so, you may need to change its access rights.
