I just finished reinstalling XOOPS and I still get the blank admin page. I also tryed to chown -R apache:apache * the XOOPS directory to make surre it is not a permision problem. It still dosent work.

Try following the steps in FAQ on Troubleshooting blank pages and see if that helps you in any way.

cache/adminmenu.php is a temporary file that gets created automatically. Just delete it.

Allright thx for all the help. I got it working by removing cache/adminmenu.php and doing a chown -R apache:apache xoops. IS that a big security risk? The only file I chmoded 444 was mainfile.php
