Newbb2 Unable to post after update?

After updating from RC3 to Final,

I am having problems posting and updating posts -.-

update post error:UPDATE xoops_bb_posts SET subject = 'NETGEAR Wireless Router MR314', dohtml= 0, dosmiley= 1, doxcode = 1, doimage = 1, dobr = 1, icon= '', attachsig= 1, attachment= '', approved = 1, post_karma = 0, require_reply = 0 WHERE post_id = 11

"Could not insert forum post"

Any idea anyone?

do you run the updater? in the newbb/update folder?
and then must update newbb module in system --> modules

Firewall blocking HTTP Referer (possibly not as you are on the same site as before... but...?)

hmm .. how do you fix that?

Would that problem arise just from patching?
