I would like to set up a rule that all posts go through a review before before they get published. If this is possible, please explain the process.

James, newbb2 has options in creating a forum that allow you to make all posts "require approval" before publication. This option is available to each group in your site.

The way I have done this is to create a new group called 'trusted members' and I give them the option to post WITHOUT approval. So, all new registered users require approval of posts first, then once I know they are trusty, I transfer then into the "trusted members group. In this way users can be filtered on an individual basis.

The trusted members group has all the smae rights as registered users, except in this forum setting.
