I have several places seen reference to a Webmasters' Basic Manul, but cannot find it anywhere. Can anybody help, please?

The document that you refer to does not exist by that name. I suggest you visit the links under DOCUMENTATION on the left panal menu on this site.

Also check out XOOPS for dummies. You will find this on the Documentation site under Community Documents.

Thanks, I had been all those other places. I expected it was perhaps a planned document, and thought that there might have been a draft or something like that. The documentation I have seen so far has been fine, just wanted to make sure I had all available manuals.
