.css color location question

I edited the theme colors and everything seems good, except the pop up window when you click on 'more' under the 'whos online' block. Its black text on a dk. grey background.

Where do I change this text color? and if I change it will it effect the text elsewhere?

Take a look at the source code, and check what id/class is assigned, then open your themes stylesheet in an editor, use the find function for the name, and make apropriate changes.
