How do I modify the Waiting Contents block?

Waiting Contents

The information that shows in the block is to wide. I would like to change the words Waiting Downloads & Modified Downloads to something smaller. I solved this problem in the past but can no longer find the info on this site.

change the lang in:
modules/waiting/plugin/INSTALL_MODULE/YOURLANG.lng.php
