help me please with chatbox

I have a chatbox on my site. But every time you want to see a new message, you have to update it by yourself. Can I please get a script where it automatically(auto refresh) updates the chatbox ?

WE have no idea what chatbox script are you using and what modules. Secondly you posted in the wrong forum.
