I have a forum like this.I have two problems:

1) The URL of the image asociated to:

You cannot start a new topic.
You can view topic.
You cannot reply to posts.
You cannot edit your posts.
You cannot delete your posts.
You cannot add new polls.
You can vote in polls.
You cannot attach files to posts.
You cannot post without approval

is bad.How can I change it?


2) How can I disable the button for new polls?
This button appear when the user is watching a message of forum.
