Hello

i used to have XOOPS 1.3.10 for my game website. And hosted it myself, unfortunately the comp i hosted it on has crashed badly and im now having to set everything up again on a different comp.

ive got php/mysql installed and completed the install successfully.

sadly i it wont let me login with my admin username and password (reinstalled lots of times and made sure of spelling), nor will it let me create a new user. if i try i get the :

Username: itsme
Email: beserker@magiknights.com
Website:http://www.magiknights.com
Time Zone: GMT

but when i click to confirm it says :

Cannot register user.

can someone help me with this? thanks (please dont suggest i upgrade as i built the site and customised 1.3.10)
