As it says in the title. I downloaded XOOPS now I dont know what to do. How do i get everything onto the web?

You are in luck. There are several documents available that may help you.

First follow this one: Installation Guide

After that you should check some of the other docs you can find on http://docs.xoops.org/

Now that you are running your XOOPS site or if installation as described in the install guide failed you get back here with specific questions or problems (hope not the later).
