Error with theme

I downloaded the iaolsXP v1 theme and tried to install it. Being new to Xoops, i did as the instructions said. Extract the contents of the Themes_Folder_Files.zip to the XOOPS themes folder. I then fromAdmin/themes, i uploaded the file iaolsXP.tar.gz file and when i tried doing that, i got the following:

Errors Returned While Uploading
MIME type not allowed: application/binary

What is this error?
