I am a new administrator of Xoops. I run a home based computer business. I was wondering if there is a Windows XP type theme for XOOPS of a computer related one.

i unzipped the file as asked and uploaded it into the themes director. The instructions then say to upload the tar file from within the admin/themes. I did that and i received the following:

Errors Returned While Uploading
MIME type not allowed: application/binary

why is it that XOOPS admin requires themes to be uploaded in .tar format and virtually all the themes in the theme library are in .zip format?
