I installed XOOPS just fine. Everything's working just fine -- except I can't access the Banner Manager.

Initially, I turned banners off. I just turned them back on (and they are appearing). However, when I click to go to "Banners" in the admin section, the System Administration page shows, even though the address in the address bar is:

.../modules/system/admin.php?fct=banners

Is there some setting I'm not seeing to turn on the banner manager? Should I reinstall something?

I tried upgrading to 2.0.9-beta. Everything still works, except no "Banners" option in the administration section.

Someone must have experienced this other than me. Any thoughts, suggestions? I'll try anything.

Oh! I should mention that I have two other installations of XOOPS working, and both have working "Banner" admins.
