With phpMyAdmin 2.6.0-pl1 and MySQL 4.0.18-nt running on localhost as root@localhost, I can only get it to show me the first database I created.

This is a test server I use for several sites I'm building/managing and I now have several databases. It was a minor annoyance until now, but I really need to look into the table contents of the newest database I created.

Anyone have any ideas?
Thanks.

There is an option in config.inc.php for phpmyadmin that can restrict which db's are available. You'll find the file in the phpmyadmin directory. Search for 'only_db', the file is pretty well commented so you should be able to get it going from there.

In addition to what skenow said, it could also depend on what kind of authorization setting you're using for phpMyAdmin. For example, with cookie authorization, the databases visible depend on who you log in as, and what the grants of that user are.
