I had successfully installed XOOPS through my localhost (127.0.0.1) and I used MySQL as my database and APACHE as my Web Server,but I encountered this problem,when I browse the XOOPS through other computer on the network (http://192.168.0.21/xoops/) it only display all the text,button and textfield but it did not display properly the settings,css and correct background and font.

(http://192.168.0.21/xoops/)-> 192.168.0.21 is my IP address.

What shall I do to fix this error?
