xoopspartners problem

i've got a problem with the partners module. i think some of you too.

in the block the sort-options are not recognized. so no mather for what i select, the list is not sorted.

second problem: i want to have a larger description for my parners. so i set the description field type in the db to "tinytext" but max length is 255 though. how do i have to do that?
