Can't post new topic when using Firefox

I'm using Firefox (and I love it)

However, when I try to post a new topic, I get an SQL insert error :

Insert topic error:INSERT INTO x_bb_topics (topic_id, topic_title, topic_poster, forum_id, topic_time, poster_name, approved) VALUES (0, 'administration menu link does not appear on user menu', 26388, 7, 1099881777, '', 1)

I'm forced to use IE to post a new topic.

what's the story?

any suggestions?

I can safely say I have not seen that before . The only browser specific code in XOOPS I know of is in functions.php which directs your browser to the correct stylesheet (style.css, styleNN.css or styleMAC.css) in your theme.

Wonder if it is a stale session or something like that. Have you tried clearing all your FireFox temporary internet files?

I'm happy to say that the problem I was having posting from Firefox has mysteriously vanished. Perhaps it was a cache problem. In any case, Firefox is humming along nicely, a great browser. I hope it takes over the world! way better than IE.
