Hi this is driving me crazy... I want to add a link to the main menu.. I read that modifying system_block_mainmenu.html will do it... So I did.. but the menu wont change and I check on the template on the admin page and the system_block_mainmenu.html hasnt change at all although I have modify it ... I have even deleted that page from the site and it still there from the site :(... what can it be .. I have spent 2 days trying to add a simple link into the menu.

Update the system module to reinsert the template source into the database.

I'm not quite sure it's the answer but a problem I had initially was that XOOPS doesn't allow you modify the default template as a safety measure. You need to clone the default set it and then modify the clone (and set the clone set as the template to use on the site).

This is quite simple i think, maybe u forgot to update the system module after doing the change.
Don't forget to clear the templates_c folder also...
U've got the site up and runnig so whe can have a look?
