Hello
After install I see error message:
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_CLONE, expecting T_STRING in D:\xamp\xampplite\htdocs\xoops\kernel\object.php on line 528

What does mean?

You try XOOPS with PHP 5. If you have PHP 5 you must try with the 2.0.9.
This is a beta version.
