Problem in Database

Hi!
I am using XOOPS in my websitehttp://www.krrc.org/portal/ in last many months but now there is error

"Fatal error: Unable to connect to database in /home/krrcorg/public_html/portal/class/database/databasefactory.php on line 34"

I am using XOOPS 2.0.5.2
How I can fix this and how I can save my data?
Please help me

You should verify that the db connection details in your mainfile.php is correct. Verify that you can see the database independant of XOOPS using a stand alone app or whatever your host provides. Connect to MySQL and either reset or create a new user/pass for the database and match that in your mainfile.php.
