My site got hacked! security issue

Somehow the frontpage of my wesbtie got changed. All the blocks were organized in different way. Someone can even create a poll question on xoopspoll. I really need some help here.. I think there's a backdoor to xoops.

try to change your MySQL db password... maybe your password has been comprimised...
