Left blocks on user-register-search php files?

The drawback of not using All Pages for blocks is full width root files like search-register-user.php files. Can I somehow provide a nicer view of these root files without setting blocks to All Pages?

I have some modules with no left blocks but that leaves me with ugly registration, search, and user.php pages.

Perhaps an All Pages except xxxx block option?

An All Pages except xxx would be a great addition to block options. For now I have an <{if}> statement in the theme to trap specific modules and then prevent the left blocks from showing. This way I can set All Pages to a block without mucking up the modules that I don't want them to show. The root files like registration look much nicer this way.

I'd be interested in more clever ways to achieve this.
