After managing other problems with MyBooks and Booklists modules (particularly MyBooks vanishing off the Inet) everything seems to load fine off a clean deactivate>uninstall of the booklists module and a reinstall of the module and update. I can load books and categories fine into the admin side and they show up on the /modules/booklists/index.php page but whenever I click on the category or the Broken Link / Report this Page / Validate Link anything like that, the header loads and the main page gives me a Selected Module does not Exist" error. Is this a known issue? Like I said this is from complete clean reinstall of the module.
Any help would be great!

Fixed it, it was up a couple dirs in a template_c file that isn't affected when the module is installed obviously.
