Russian lang to sqmail modul. Big problem

Hi all.=)
I have problem. I download module for xoops-2.x sqmail and install. The interface with Russian is necessary for me. But at change of parameter " $squirrelmail_default_language = ' en_US'; " on 'ru_RU', I receive error " You must be logged in to access this page. " Prompt - what to do...?
