Theme got screwed and so did admin CP

Howdi,

For some reason, I just noticed that one of the themes i was using became all whitish for some reason and went i went to the admin CP to see if it auto changed themes, I couldnt see the admin.php. This is how it looks like.

Any help??!?!

Edit: So far, I went tohttp://www.freedomsnet.net/blueshadowz/modules/system/admin.php?fct=preferences&op=show&confcat_id=1 and changed the theme but i still cant see admin.php :/!
