like have a "Coupons" fucntion ?
and like the layout : Art and Collection(44)
then the subtitle Antiques,Artists,crafts and Hobbies

From what I've gathered so far, the coupons feature has been talked about, but not delivered. At some point it might be availiable as a paid customized feature. I have tried to contact the developer, builderb, but he is not responding to IM requests. He has answered other questions I've had about the module when I've posted in the forum mod section.

As for how do you make it look like he has it on folsomliving.com, careful planning of categories and subcategories - each catagory has 4 or more subcategories.
